Q: 2004 Mercedes-Benz CLK500 vs. 2006 Nissan 350Z.?
Both Cars are automatic coupes, wondering if the 350 Z with 300 hp. can beat the mercedes in a drag race, and a course with plenty of cornering.

A: The V8 Mercedes will easily win the drag race, but the Z will have the advantage in the curvy sections, so it depends on the course. I know all of the CLK's are automatic, but why would anyone buy a 350Z with a slushbox??? Much better car with the 6 speed stick. You have two feet, right? Use them!

Q: What kind of modifications do I need to do to a 2006 Nissan 350z in order to increase performance?
Hey, I'm still new to cars in general and I'm still learning... I have a 2006 Nissan 350z and right now everything is stock. In the future, I want to tune this thing up and enter this car in shows. Seems like a cool thing to hobby in so I guess Yahoo Answers is gonna help me get started lol... Sounds like there is a lot you can do to a car to increase performance like horsepower, etc. but if you guys can name all the steps/upgrades, it can help me a lot and also get me started on this project. Thanks! Remember, I'm still new to this stuff so please don't bash me. everyone has to start somewhere and for me, it's here on Yahoo Answers lol... thx again!

A: begining out intake &exhaust, for power & torque.tires and suspension for handling.do some shopping tho,if u plan on keeping the car as ur baby buy the best. engine management systems, turbo etc. also stroker kits,if u plan on nos plan ahead. the stuff gets real spendy real fast

Q: Should I buy a 2006 Nissan 350z?
Hi, I'm planning on purchasing a used 2006 Nissan 350z manual. I like car because of the new rims on the '06 model, HID, tweaked engine, and minor adjustments to the interior. I plan on buying it in 3 months at a used auto dealership, and currently they are selling '06 models with about 30k mileage for about $19-20k. However, I have heard that in 2009, the 370Z will be coming out. Therefore, I was wondering how I could tell the dealer/seller to sell for a cheaper price/haggle since the 06's value will decrease. Also, how much is a reasonable haggle and how would I do this? Do you think the price of the 2006 will diminish after the 370z comes out? I don't have enough money to buy the 370Z. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

A: The absolute best way to negotiate the best price is to e-mail the closest dealers in your area. Ask for the manager. Give them all the information, regarding vehicle type and option package. Let them bid for your business. When you get the lowest quote, call up the manager at that dealership and ask if he will put it in writing. Then ask him if there is any more "room" on the price. That should net you the best price. Hope this helps Cheers
