Q: if you could have any care in the world which one would you choose?
if you could have ANY car/super car in the world which one would you choose counting that you own your own business and make a descent amount of money to buy any car, you live an average daily life BUT, theres a catch even though you can afford many cars you are allowed to have only one, to go to a party, shopping bank, drop you kinds off at school etc... and not your gf or any of ur friends have a car!!! so any suv, sedan, sports or super car

A: Choosing between two options that I don't like, I would pick the Acura.
The Nissan Armada is a larger, heavier vehicle that will have poorer fuel economy.
Also, the Acura has a better reliability record.
Q: Ok guys I am trying to move and this one thing is holding me down.?
I have 2005 Nissan Armada that I am trying to pull with a u-haul. U-haul says my truck is too heavy for there car trailer. I decided on a tow bar, but they say flat towing with all wheels on the ground is not good for an automatic transmission. Is that something they just say. How can I beat this thing.
I don't want to have to make two trips from CO to NC that's too much.
Please someone help. Any information is good.

A: Yes, that is correct, its not good to tow an automatic for lengths without the motor running.
As the previous poster said, you can remove the tailshaft, but make sure that you plug up your gearbox, otherwise all your oil will gush out.
You will probably also need to remove your shaft from the transfer case as well.
I wouldnt like to tow a car a long distance with a flatbar, is it possible you can see a trucking frm, or a towtruck driver, and have them take your car on a backload, or how about pay someone to drive the car down, and you pay their train/bus/plane fare home.

Q: I want to get a nissan pathfinder?
so i really want to start somewhat small and get the babysister of the armada..the nissan pathfinder. I was going to get it brand new (09) but a friend of the family and a few others were talking about how its not worth getting new cars something a depresiated value. What is that? and is a 2005 nissan pathfinder with 58,000mi on it anygood? oh and I make like 1000 in a month..but i dont pay rent or anything. Just a credit card. I live with my folks so...I think i will be ok financing it right?
the car that i want is $10,000. and i have always been attracted to suv's. I do not like cars at all. Maybe the charger but thats to much for me
yea but i dont have the money now for a new nissan pathfinder. my fokls have the 08 armada and i love it but its to dam big. I got in a pathfinder and loved it.
o and buy the way is 10,000 dollars on a used car worth it? or just buying the new one better
A: if you are set on the pathfinder, my friend bought an 05 pathfinder new, and loves it still. the v6 is strong, but alittle overwhelmed by that size vehicle.
58,000 miles over three years is ~19,000 miles a year...alittle over average, but not much. make sure to do a carfax report (or something) to check it.
depreciated value is referring to the fact that when you buy a new car, and drive it off the lot it immediately looses value.
imagine if...let's say you bought a pathfinder on the 1st, and two days later you decide to sell it. Well it is now a used vehicle and you could not receive the money you spent on it in sale. so if you bought it for 28,000....you could only make 25,000 in sale. that's 3,000 in depreciated value right there.
now, if you intend to keep it forever and never sell it (or not sell for 5 or 6 years) then you shouldn't worry about depreciated value, instead you are buying a new vehicle, which will have less maintenance worries and a longer warranty. you won't be buying someone else's problem.
I bought new for that reason, because I don't plan on selling.
somewhat small? you realize that the pathfinder is nissan's Mid-Size SUV, competing with the chevy trailblazer, toyota land cruiser, 4runner, honda pilot, ford explorer....
not really small...but if you really like the nissan, you could also look at the nissan xterra, alittle smaller, alittle less expensive, but mostly the same vehicle. has the same V6 engine, same frame, mostly the same interior, both the xterra and pathfinder are based off the frontier pickup
Q: Where can I find a seat for my Armada?
I have a 2005 Nissan Armada. I need to replace the 2nd row captain chairs and console with a split bench to fit another child. Where can I find a bench?? I live in Illinois and can't seem to find any in nearby salvage yards. Also, I have alraedy checked eBay with no luck. I have 6 kids and am trying to doing this with as little cost as possible so I would like to avoid ordering a new one from Nissan. Any suggestions??
A: I found a few in the states, but not nearby. Try car-parts .com. They had 4 listed tonite. They may even be the right color. Good luck.

A: Electronic guages are weird, some stay where they were when the key is turned off, some go to the bottom of the scale and some go to the max end of the scale when the ignition is first turned on.

Can the Navi system for and 05 Armda play DVD's?
A: Yes it can but only in neutral ingnition on, brake on. There might be a way to make it work while driving. But no Nissan Tech Can tell you how.
