A: Take it to the dealer. IF the Dealership wont play ball you should just buy a new one. I just bought a factory cd player (upgrade from am/fm) for my 2006 f150 for 40 bucks on EBAY. So if all else fails you can spend a few bucks and stay factory, or just buy a new cd player from a store. Just remember most radios come with 1+ year warranties. Theres no money in repairs, its in the selling of new radios.

Ok, so I installed a brand new stereo into my truck. When I got it back the airbag light started flashing. I took it back and they 'fixed' the problem. I later had to take the stereo back out (a very simple procedure) to install and iPOD adapter. When I put it back in , the airbag light flashing continuously. What's going on?

A: you can use what ever kindd you want its the size of you have to worry about.... so most cars or truck can go up one or two sizes without any problems...if and when you have the tire on you need four fingers behind the tire between the tire and fender... then you turn the wheel all the way one way and you need about the same four fingers of room if you dont have that they will rub

My AC will not shut off at times. This is not due to the automatic AC feature when the control knob is turned to vent the windshield. If the vehicle is allow to sit off for a while it ruturns to normal operation. However, it operates normal for only a while. Then it happens again. It is still very cold when it runs.
A: Here we go again Nissan Technical bulliten # NTB-03-048a says that is a normal operation if the outside temp is more than 37 degrees the A/C compressor will cycle even though the A/C is turned off. The only way the A/C can actually be turned off is cycle the key and not turn on the blower motor or defrost or A/C. The A/C light in the switch is not even illuminated when this happens.

i have parking lights and bright lights. when i switch to dim, there is no 'clicking' sound from the switch.
A: I have a Nissan Xterra and for a while the headlights kept blowing fuses. The problem with it was the harness or something to that extent. Aparantly the filaments broke and were not making contact which also screwed up the brights and fog lights. Fuses kept blowing, and the "bright indicator" light remained on even though the brights were not on.

A: you have to let your tailgate down and then if you have a bed liner you have to pull the sides down and on the inside of the bed right behind the lens there are two 10 mm nuts that you have to take off and then the whole light Assembly pull right out , undo the lights and then put everything back like it was.
